You’re a Tech CEO you’re probably really good at managing. You’ve got the numbers, you’ve got the dashboard, uh, you’ve got the specs and you are optimizing. You are moving things forward, which is okay, but I encourage you to switch to your right brain a little bit and focus your business on relating as much as managing.
Managing Optimizes
Managing is, so it’s important, of course, it’s how businesses are, are constructed, but it’s fact-based mostly. And facts have their place. But today, especially with AI and all the changes in the technology, facts are becoming commoditized and they’re actually becoming overwhelming. So think about your clients. Think about yourself as a consumer and how many things are coming at us, and the efficiency is driving more things in our inboxes and more pings on our messaging apps and just more, right? And your clients are having a harder and harder time finding you because if they’re sorting through facts and, and objective things.
Relating Mesmerizes
By focusing on relating, you’re bringing some magic into to the equation. Relationships are based on trust, which is based on connection and meaning between you and your clients. Those are things that are hard to manage. They come from thinking about what’s important and understanding your clients and reflecting to them, re connecting, relating to them that you understand them and that they know who you are, you’re transparent. You are intentional. You focus on them and their problems and your solutions for their problems. And you’re generous. You’re giving your attention and your efforts to them to make the promises you meet kept. So this, this relating this soft, fuzzy stuff, it’s harder to nail down. It’s harder to put on a dashboard, but it is incredibly powerful in a way that you can’t always even measure. And because of the overwhelm of data and AI capabilities in our world today, you have a chance to stand out by relating compared to all of the, the more automated and managed things that are happening in the world today.
B2B Clarity
So I encourage you to use both sides of your brain. Your business will thank you.
