Value for your clients is the name of the game in marketing, actually, in business. If you can demonstrate true value to your clients, unique premium value, you have the opportunity to, win them as a client and have a profitable sale. And they’ll stick around too, if you continue to provide that value. I want to share with you a recipe for exponential customer value. And there’s two factors that multiplied together create value that is very differentiating for you.
Your Client
The first factor is your client’s value know. The more you know about your clients and exactly what it is that they’re struggling with in the realm that you can help them with, that is the secret to your success. Not only in understanding it so that you can communicate to them how you can help them, but in bringing that into your product development and your team so that you are focused on that as their value. It’s very easy to get lost in that conversation in your company and start talking about the value to you rather than the value to them. So this is a great way to start. Do that and you’ll be a step ahead… but there’s more!
Your client’s client
Client value multiplied with value for their client is the ultimate win. If you can understand your client’s, client’s needs. So what is it that their clients are struggling with, that they are focused on helping and you can have your solution help them, help their clients. That will multiply the value you’re already providing to help them and make you very unique because it’s rare for companies to think that far ahead and that far out, for their client’s success.
V=C*CC
So here’s the math. This isn’t a real formula, as you probably know, but true value, exponential value is the multiplication of your client’s value from your solution, multiplied by their client’s value for your solution.
I hope this helps you in your work in differentiating yourself with your clients. I encourage you to reach as far out as you can beyond your business to your client’s world.
